I graduated from University Law School of Athens in 2008, continuing my postgraduate studies in Corporate Law at the same University, attaining a Master degree in 2010.
In advance, I participated in an exchange programme for six months under ERASMUS Programme during my Master, in Corporate Law.
Up to the present time I have participated in numerous scientific conventions and conferences on Corporate and Competition Law.
From 2008 to 2011 I occupied a trainee solicitor position in several law firms in Athens and afterwards worked as an associate and self employed lawyer.

1. PREPARATION OF CONTRACTS AND LEGAL SUPPORT:
Legal issues concerning Business loans & Bond Loans.
Prepare any type of security contracts which secures the aforementioned loans and/or credit facility agreements.
Agreements regarding transfers of loans & credits from other Banks.
Corporate legal issues: legalizations, preparation of minutes (BoD, Shareholder’s Meetings etc.), corporate transformations etc.
Legal check of real estate for the registration of prenotation/mortgage, legal check on mortgage contracts and appear in the signing thereof.
Issues relating to Development Laws, National Strategic Reference Framework (ESPA) and financing on the basis thereof.
Agreements relating to Loan settlement on the basis of ministerial decisions, with or without the guarantee of the Greek State.
Legal support of Business Centres of the Bank with regards to issues of interpretation and application of bank contracts, as well as other banking operations (Letters of Guarantee, Letters of Credit).
Provision of legal opinion on applicable bank and securities laws.
In general, legal support of the Bank for all issues within the competence of the Legal Division.
Liaising with Eurobank’s lawyers abroad (Romania, Bulgaria, etc), in particular regarding local legal issues.
2. DEALING WITH LEGAL MATTERS RELATING TO CUSTOMERS IN DEFAULT: Payments Orders, and opposition thereof. Injunction measures, Temporary Restraining Orders, Lawsuits concerning breach of contracts due to fraud, Auctions.
